The Walls are Up

Drywalls have already been constructed inside the EcoBuilding, giving a new, transformed appearance. In the cross-sections the thermal insulation is visible. This insulation underwent meticulous thermal inspections to comply with the Israeli Standard for education institutions.

Additionally:

• Walking up the Science Promenade, one might observe painting and sealing of the EcoBuilding roof, in preparation for the covering panel, which will enable airflow in the external spaces, as an additional measure for cooling the building during the hot summer season.
• The concrete floor for the third pond was laid, in the pit that was dug up for the Green Basin. Preparations are underway for the walls of the other ponds.
