Delegations of professionals and various guests arrive for a learning experience and an introduction to the unique building, still under construction

The Porter School of Environmental Studies EcoBuilding is already drawing some attention and attracts the interest of green building and architecture enthusiasts from around the world. Delegations of professionals and various guests have been arriving, eager for an introduction to this special building and the opportunity to learn from it, although it is still in stages of construction.

Last month (May 2013), two such delegations stopped by the building site: five leading architecture bloggers from different countries, and a group of twenty architects and government officials from China.

The bloggers, who write and manage blogs and websites on architectural issues, with a combined readership of hundreds of thousands around the world, were visiting as part of a Kinetis project, aiming to expose the creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship in varied fields and topics in Israel. During their visit, the bloggers toured unique buildings and interesting architectural sites around the country, and were certainly impressed by the visit to the EcoBuilding.
