Dr. Limor Shashua-Bar completed her PhD in Architecture and Town Planning at the Technion and post-doctorate in the Blaunstein Institute for Desert Research at the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Her main research interests are in urban microclimate and in Green Building systems, specializing in combining empirical field findings with those received by analytical methods for estimating the integrative effects of built and vegetative elements in cities. She has professional experience for 5 years in Ministry of Environmental Protection as a senior environmental planning coordinator, and Academic experience in research since 2005.
