Dr. Naveh is an anthropologist and lecturer of environmental studies at Bar-Ilan University and Tel Aviv University. His research focuses on hunter-gatherer people, epistemology, hunter-gatherers' perception of the environment and the relationship between foraging, agriculture and modern-day approaches to environmentalism. He also takes part in reforming the environmental education in Israel's schools.
