Dr. Alex Golberg and Prof. Michael Gozin to present research of bioplastics polymer production from algae in Czech Republic Innovation Week 2019
Innovation Week 2019 will open May 20 in Prague. Dr. Alex Golberg and Prof. Michael Gozin will participate in the opening panel of the main event.
The Innovation Week will take place 20-26.5.2019 with 100 + innovation and development events across the Czech Republic.
The main event to open the Innovation Week will take place in the Forum Karlín Hall in Prague. The first panel is titled "Exploring the New Universe of Innovation: Personal Quest". Five researchers and inventors from the United States, the Czech Republic and Israel will participate in this session.
Dr. Alex Golberg, Head of the Environmental Bioengineering Laboratory at the Department of Environmental Studies, the School of Environment and Earth Sciences, and Prof. Michael Guzin, Senior Lecturer, School of Chemistry, Tel Aviv University, will present the groundbreaking research for producing bioplastic polymers from algae, using a sustainable process in sea water, under the title "Production of bioplastics from marine microorganisms, Tel Aviv University",
