Prince Albert II of Monaco visit at the Porter Building - a day of Environmental Insight and Celebration
Prince Albert II participated in meetings, toured the greenest building in the Middle East and was awarded an honorary doctorate from Tel Aviv University at the Porter School.
Albert II, Prince of Monaco, visit the Porter School of the Environment and Earth Sciences for meetings with senior officials, researchers and students and to receive an honorary doctorate from Tel Aviv University. On June 12, 2018
Following a tour of the green building with Prof. Colin Price, Head of the Porter School and staff members of the school, he was awarded an honorary doctorate of Tel Aviv University from university President Joseph Klafter.
Albert II, the son of Princess Grace and Prince Rania III, has shown deep concern for the environment and is spearheading environmental initiatives such as the establishment of an environmental protection fund, finding solutions for environmental challenges, global sustainable development and international cooperation.
