TAU's Nanosatellite Launch

The TAU-SAT1 Nanosatellite, designed, assembled and tested on campus, will measure cosmic radiation surrounding Earth. This is a unique collaboration between the Iby and Aladar Fleischman Faculty of Engineering and the Porter School of the Environment and Earth Sciences, in the Faculty of Exact Sciences.

The Nano-satellite was launched from NASA's space agency in Virginia, USA on 20.2.21
