Dr. Tamara Lotner Lev studied Law, Latin-American studies and Public Policy at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and completed her PhD at Tel Aviv University’s faculty of law.
Tamara was a visiting researcher at the University of Berkeley at California, and a Mimshak post-doctoral fellow at the Department of Justice where she was assigned as adviser to deputy attorney general. Her academic fields of interest are environmental law and policy, energy and transportation law, and regulation. Tamara works in the Ministry of Justice as legal advisor for environmental protection law, mobility and transportation law, and maritime zones law.
